In this horror, thriller movie, Hyo-Sung, a patient, tells father Hyun about how he gave his favorite sponge cake to a hungry girl and her brother and prays that god will remember his good deeds. Hyo-Sung wants to listen to a song, but father Hyun leaves and Hyo-Sung is attacked and in coma.

Hyun meets his spiritual father, a blind man, and says he wants to help people because his loved ones died and fell into a coma from experiments. Hyun leaves for a lab experiment with his father’s permission.

The lab director tells Hyun about EV. The doctor explains that the virus causes blisters on the skin and other symptoms that almost always lead to blood loss and death. Hyun volunteers for the experiment and films his statement. Hyun then receives the vaccine and repents. Hyun starts bleeding from his mouth while playing the flute as symptoms appear.

Hyun awakens and prays after the doctor declares him dead. Six months later, Hyun is released from the hospital and surrounded by people who consider him a miracle because he is the only one to survive out of 500 volunteers.

Hyun’s doctor tells him that Hyo-Sung was supposed to live for two months, but he has been in a coma for more than a year, which is a miracle and thanks to Hyun’s prayers. Hyun meets his father and is shocked to learn that people pray to him as a bandaged saint. Hyun wants to cure them.

The next day, Mrs. Ra begs Hyun to see his cancer-stricken son Kang-Woo while he entertains kids’ patients. Hyun prays for Kang-Woo, who says Hyun is his childhood friend and his mother remembers when Hyun used to visit them.

Hyun asks Kang-sister Woo’s if she’s still shy. Hyun, his mother, and Tae-Ju then visit Kang-house. Woo’s When asked, Mrs. Ra tells Hyun that Tae-Ju is the adopted girl she married to his son. Tae-Ju is beautiful but married to a lunatic, making Hyun sad.

Kang-Woo introduces Hyun to Young-du and Evelyn. Mr. Ra joins them for dinner and a game. Hyun notices that Kang-Woo disrespects Tae-Ju in public and treats her well at home. Hyun looks at Tae-Ju and develops feelings for her, then returns home and punishes himself for having bad intentions. After that, Hyun has visions of his sinful life and falls unconscious. The next day, he wakes up feeling his back burning in sunlight and sees his blisters returning.

Hyun secretly tastes the blood of a critically ill girl while praying for her. When he’s alone, Hyun drinks Hyo-blood Sung’s and watches his blisters disappear. Hyun becomes a vampire after the EV experiment and survives jumping from a tall building. Hyun picks up Tae-Woo, who is running barefoot, on his way home and gives her his shoes. Hyun tells his father he is a vampire and shows him his ultimate healing power.

Hyun returns to Kang-house Woo’s the next day and thinks Tae-Ju likes him. Hyun surprises Tae-Ju when she arrives at her tailoring shop. Hyun gives him shoes and seduces him. Hyun tries to avoid her, but Tae-Ju forces him and calls her mother immediately. Hyun watches Tae-Ju get beaten by her drunk mother and leaves, telling her to visit him on Sunday.

Hyun tells his father he touched someone’s wife, but his father stops him and warns him. Hyun convinces her mother to let her volunteer at a hospital on Sunday and visits Hyun at the church. Hyun takes her to the hospital and reveals his illness and their problems.

Tae-Ju accepts everything and makes love. Tae-Ju flees after Hyun tells her he’s a vampire. Hyun asks Tae-Ju to join him in the bathroom, saying it doesn’t matter that he’s a vampire if they love each other. After her mother calls, Hyun leaves because Tae-Ju is afraid of him. Next day, Tae-Ju contacts Hyun. Hyun meets Tae-woo after getting a few bottles of blood from Hyo-Sung. Tae-Ju tells him to jump off the building because blood heals his blisters.

Hyun catches her and lands safely after jumping. Hyun considers killing Kang-Woo after Tae-Ju says his mother and Kang-Woo beat her. Hyun meets Mrs. Ra after a few days and is allowed to stay at their home. Hyun stays with Mrs. Ra and spends more time with Tae-Ju. Kang-mother Woo’s locks the door to keep Tae-Ju from leaving one night when he realizes he’s alone. Tae-Ju stops Hyun from killing Kang-Woo.

Hyun, Tae-Ju, and Kang-Woo fish in a restricted area on a boat. Hyun jumps into the water with Kang-Woo after asking Tae-Ju if she wants her husband dead. Hyun kills Kang-Woo while Tae-Ju bleeds from the hook in her ear. Hyun smells Tae-blood Ju’s and drinks it upon returning. Hyun gives her one more chance to consider whether Kang-death Woo’s is necessary for their happiness, and Tae-Ju agrees.

Hyun and Tae-Ju survive the accident while Kang-Woo dies. Police charge Hyun with fishing in a restricted area and release him. Hyun walks to a camp of people waiting for him to pray. Hyun hears their woes but flees. Hyun meets his father and explains that vampires are mortal like him, but the father wants his eyes back.

He recovers his blisters by pinning father’s heart. Hyun then disposes of their father’s body and visits Tae-Ju in the hospital to advise her to stay away. A few days later, detectives tell Mrs. Ra that Kang-Woo is dead even though they couldn’t find his body.

Mrs. Ra panics when Hyun arrives, paralyzing her. Since she’s immobile, doctors recommend rest. Hyun and Tae-Ju spend time together but feel guilty about murdering Kang-Woo and get scared when they think about him.

The detective calls Tae-Ju and rapes her. Hyun suspects Tae-Ju after smelling other men’s semen after she returns. Hyun and Tae-Ju celebrate Mrs. Ra’s birthday when Tae-Ju gets slapped for slapping her mother for not giving her a birthday party. Hyun orders her to feed her mother and thanks her for feeding her enough.

Tae-Ju gets hurt and accidentally reveals Kang-Woo never beat him. Hyun is furious at her for lying to kill her husband. Tae-Ju blames him because he would have killed Kang-Woo to get her. Tae-Ju tells her mother that Hyun killed her son and will drink her blood as a monster. Hyun snaps and throws Tae-Ju.

Tae-Ju says she wants to see her husband when asked. Hyun chokes her and kills him, but he realizes he loves Tae-Ju and makes her drink his blood to resurrect her. Tae-Ju loves being a vampire and passes the lie detector test easily.

Tae-Ju becomes evil and kills the detective who raped and drank her blood. Hyun regrets making Tae-Ju a vampire and forbids her from killing. Hyun injures Tae-Ju as she leaves to drink more blood. Hyun tells Tae-Ju that by turning her into him, he cannot control or kill her.

After a few days, Hyun develops blisters, and when she complains that Hyun told her she could not be affected by EV, Hyun says their blood has become the same. Hyun invites the doctor for a checkup, but Tae-Ju stabs his neck and drinks his blood while Hyun sees young-du, Evelyn, and Mr. Ra arrive at Mrs. Ra’s house.

When Hyun and Tae-Ju play with Mrs. Ra, she tells her friends that they killed her son. After Hyun and Tae-cover Ju’s is blown, they cover all the windows and doors and Tae-Ju kills everyone except Evelyn, who Hyun stops and asks to leave because the police will catch them after learning about four missing people.

Hyun pretends to kill Evelyn and leaves the house with Mrs. Ra. Hyun takes them out of the city, and Tae-Ju sees his blisters and realizes he lied about killing Evelyn. Hyun stops the car near the camp and pretends to rape a girl to prove he is not a god.

After that, Hyun drives out of the city, and Tae-Ju gets scared when she sees the time. She hides from the dawn sun, but Hyun throws the door. Hyun ignores Tae-survival Ju’s fight. Hyun drags the car into the sun, where Tae-Ju finally joins him. As Mrs. Ra stares at them, sunlight burns them. Hyun and Tae-Ju become ashes, ending the film.
