Darkish Roots by Sheldon Higdon is a masterfully crafted serial killer story. It begins with Benjamin Cole’s father committing suicide, and Benjamin has inherited the farm. When he goes dwelling he finds a rundown place needing quite a lot of restore and as he begins to renovate, he knocks down a wall in the lounge, solely to search out photos of lacking kids. This surprising discovery leads Benjamin down a rabbit gap of an investigation, and time begins to expire when his girlfriend’s son is kidnapped. Benjamin should study the reality about who his household actually is and what household means.

I cherished this story. It was a quick paced-read and so twisted. I couldn’t get to the subsequent web page fast sufficient and Higdon did an ideal job of disguising the true killer. In case you love homicide mysteries, it would be best to decide up this e-book. I used to be shocked by the ending.
