In this Action Adverture Sci-Fi thriller, Dinosaurs fight for survival in the movie. Dinosaurs start eating humans after 65 million years. The government entrusts Biosyn, a large global sanctuary, to stop dinosaurs from killing people. Biosyn CEO Lewis Dodgson believes dinosaurs can help them develop drugs and understand humans.

The news reporter then mentions a missing Charlotte clone being searched worldwide. Claire, Franklin, and Zia raid an illegal dinosaur breeding center and find many juveniles caged. Claire saves a dying child. Claire finds the dinosaurs that attack their cars as they escape the breeding center.
After removing them, Claire and Franklin tell Claire that Franklin is quitting rescuing dinosaurs because he got a new job and wants to do something. Franklin and Zia appreciate her efforts but say it’s wrong to risk their lives for dinosaurs.
Owen catches a dinosaur and calms it in the next scene. Owen and his friends encounter poachers led by Delacourt on their way home. Owen’s friends present their badges as authorities. After being shot at, Owen gives them the dinosaur. Maisie, a mysterious girl, returns home from seeing giant dinosaurs. Claire asks Maisie about town when she gets home.
She lies about going to town to avoid questions. Maisie claims to be Charlotte’s clone. Owen and Claire comfort her. After Owen meets Maisie, Claire tells him she’s gone to town again and he’ll talk to her later. In an abandoned school bus, Raptor returns to its baby. Raptor hunts poachers with her baby.
Maisie leaves after Owen tells her people don’t believe her at night. Owen assures Claire that she is young and they only need to protect her. Delacourt sees Owen and reports the girl.
Two kids find an irregular-sized locust on a farm and hide and capture one. Their mother eventually calls scientist Allie Staller to show her what happened to their field. Staller samples locust D.N.A. after she says their neighbors use Biosyn fertilizers. She brings the locust, and paleontologist Allen Grant works on a T-Rex skeleton they found underground.
Grant loved Allie. Ellie says her husband left, but she has two college-aged children. She shows Allen the huge locust she found when Allen asks why she exists. She needs proof that Biosyn wants to collapse the food chain with locusts. Grant, her only confidant, helps her gather evidence against Biosyn.
Ramsay leads Grant and Ellie to Biosyn at U.S. Wild Life Relocation Center. Owen tells Maisie not to breathe, saving her from Raptor. Owen orders Maisie inside while chasing Raptor. Owen watches a baby raptor eat a dead fox after being caught by poachers. He escapes after poachers shoot him. Maisie leaves, ignoring Claire’s pleas. Owen watches Delacourt and his men kidnap Maisie at the bridge.
Owen returns home and tells Claire Maisie was kidnapped. Owen leaves Raptor after promising to return her baby. Claire suggests telling C.I.A. agent Franklin they’re outside. Zia tells Owen and Claire about Delacourt and that the C.I.A. has men behind them and will question them about Maisie after their arrest. He says Owen’s friend Barry secretly arrested Delacourt. They rescue Maisie after Zia provides all mission details.
Grant and Allie are amazed by the dinosaurs, and Ramsay explains Biosyn. Dodgson promotes their research in Biosyn before leaving for a meeting. Dodgson sends Ramsay to show them everything before leaving. Ellie and Ian Malcolm discuss locusts in Biosyn. Ian denies it but gives Claire his key and says all locust data is in sublevel six. Kayla feels sorry for Maisie as Decourt and other poachers give their clients the baby raptor and Maisie. Barry takes Owen and Gwen dinosaur-related. Kayla refuses to help Gwen with Maisie.
Barry finds Delacourt and positions his men. Police shoot Santos after Delacourt negotiates. Owen asks Claire to follow Santos. Owen defeats Delacourt and finds Maisie moved. Dinosaurs devour Delacourt. Owen rescues Barry and re-cages the dinosaur per Santos’s orders. Claire questions Santos about her daughter Maisie. Santos tells her she was taken to Biosyn and orders her dinosaur to kill Claire, but she escapes and Kayla saves her. Kayla takes Claire to her plane after killing the dinosaur.
Santos orders her dinosaurs to follow Owen until he boards the plane after Barry and Owen arrest her. Claire says Biosyn has their daughter. Ramsay shows Grant and Ellie their genome-engineered creatures. He leaves Grant and Ellie alone and suggests a lift to reach the sublevel.
Ellie and Grant reach sublevel 6 in protective suits and find many locusts. Ellie convinces Grant to take D.N.A. samples before being caught. Maisie tells Henry that Biosyn kidnapped the baby raptor. Henry tells her how important she is and shows her videos of her mother, Charlotte, who gave birth without mating and improved her D.N.A. to live a full life. Henry wants to copy Charlotte’s locust fix because he’s not as smart as her.
Dodgson calls Henry and berates him for telling Maisie while she frees the baby raptor. Dodgson alarms the locusts, who attack Grant and Ellie after Maisie releases it. After escaping, Maisie awaits.
Dodgson refuses to land the plane in Biosyn after learning Claire and Owen are with Kayla. Dodgson closes Aerial Defense System and a flying dinosaur attacks their plane. Owen asks Claire, Maisie’s mother and last hope, to parachute jump. Claire jumps, survives dinosaurs, and gets stuck on a tree. Ramsay captures Grant, Ellie, and Maisie leaving Biosyn. Grunt and Ellie make excuses while Ramsay opens a pod to lead them outside.
Dinosaurs attack Kayla and Owen after the plane crash. A descending safety chamber conceals them. The due seeks Claire. After finding Grunt, Ellie, and Maisie escaping, Dodgson stops their pod in the middle of nowhere. The trio blazes. Dodgson fires Ian Malcolm for cheating. Ian protests, but Dodgson orders Ramsay to take him to the airport. Ramsay gives Ian a car at the garage to rescue his friends.
Dinosaurs entrap them. Locked door greets Ian. He cannot dial the code. Trouble makes Ramsay open the gate. Dodgson refuses to apologize and save the world when Ramsay asks. Dodgson orders his men to burn all sublevel six locusts. Burning locusts flee Biosyn. Claire climbs a tower with dinosaurs. Owen kills her attacker dinosaur.
Ian drives his friends and sees many burning locusts, realizing Dodgson is hiding evidence. Their car slides downhill while locusts distract them. Owen, Kayla, and Claire respond to Maisie’s cries. After leaving, Giganotosaurus attacks. It barely escapes.
Dodgson evacuates Biosyn after the forest fire spreads. After that, Dodgson gathers his data and hard drive to destroy the evidence, but Ramsay stares at him when he offers to restart and invites him. Dodgson realizes Ramsay helped Grunt and Ellie. Dodgson escapes Biosyn in a pod after Ramsay leaves.
Owen and his friends escape through Biosyn’s control center, but Aerial Defense System fails. Ramsay tells them to turn off the primary system to open A.D.S. Claire and Ellie turn off the primary system while Owen says he wants to capture the baby raptor because he promised its mother. Ellie and Claire seek the primary system power off button while Owen, Maisie, and Grunt capture Raptor.
After pressing the power button in their chamber, locusts attack the pair. Locusts flee. The duo cuts wires and turns off the primary system after A.D.S. opens. Dodgson exits his pod to find a dinosaur. Pod dinosaurs kill him. Kayla readies a roof-mounted helicopter.
The baby raptor attacks Owen, Grunt, and Maisie in the facility, but Owen tranquilizes it. Henry apologizes to Ellie and Grunt before returning with Raptor. He promises to fix his mistakes, saving him. After gathering, Kayla lands the helicopter in the valley to pick them up. As Kayla’s friends reach the helicopter, two Giganotosaurus fight. Owen and friends run toward the helicopter to avoid the Giganotosaurus. Finally, they escape by helicopter.
Ian starts his second book with Ramsay in the safe place, and Kayla tells the news reporter about Biosyn. Grant marries Ellie. Owen and Claire notice Maisie’s loving gaze. Grunt and Ellie defeat Biosyn, and the government takes over. Kayla gets her plane while Henry fixes the locusts and thanks Charlotte. Owen, Claire, and Maisie thank them after returning the baby raptor to its jungle mother.
Charlotte tells the camera that life began 65 million years ago and humans live with many other species. The movie concludes with them surviving together.
